Wine and chocolate – two things we love.
On Monday 9th September, we welcome Spencer Hyman of Cocoa Runners to the Club to guide Members through a Masterclass chocolate tasting, with the help of our brilliant sommelier team.
Craft chocolate, just like good wine, should be made using the finest and simplest ingredients; it should focus on provenance and the skill of the maker, and is all about coaxing out and enhancing the natural flavours of the cocoa bean.
Spencer will share the stories of the makers behind the bars, and our sommelier team will pair accordingly…
